These terms cover your use of buyqrcode.com and the QR codes you buy from us. buyqrcode.com is operated by RNR Associates, based in Delhi, India (GSTIN 07CXVPS1002E1ZH). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We make QR codes, and only QR codes — everything we sell is digital, with nothing shipped. A static code bakes your destination into the code once. A dynamic code points to a short buyqrcode.com link you can re-point anytime, and it counts scans. A Pro code adds a hosted page we build for you. A masked gift code hides its content behind a PIN. Every code is delivered as print-ready files you can print yourself on whatever you like.

Your account

You do not set a password. You sign in with a one-time code we email you. Keep access to your email safe, because anyone who can read that inbox can sign in. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Pricing and GST

Prices on the site are shown before tax. We add 18% GST and show the full amount before you pay. Your invoice comes from RNR Associates. We can change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Payment

Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. A QR code is only created and activated once your payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, the order is not completed.

Fair use of your code

Do not point a QR code at anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that breaks someone else's rights. That includes malware, phishing, and content that is not yours to share. You must have the right to use any logo, image or file you upload. We can pause or disable a code that breaks these rules or the law, and we will tell you why where we can.

Hosting and inactive codes

A static code does not depend on us once it is made, because the destination is built into the code itself. A dynamic code works through our servers, and keeping that redirect running is part of the one-time price. Pro Single QR and 10-pack Pro run on an annual plan, which needs to be current for the hosted page to stay online. If a code gets no scans for a long time (for example, 24 months), we may archive it to keep the service healthy. We will email you before we do, so you have a chance to keep it live.

What you own, what we own

The QR code image you buy is yours to use, print and display for your own purpose. The site itself, our brand name, our designs and our software stay ours. Please do not copy or resell them.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the site and your codes running, but we cannot promise the service will never be down. We may carry out maintenance or make changes to the site. Before you print a code in large numbers, please scan and test it on a real phone.

Our responsibility

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when we last changed them. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
