Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order and when we can refund it. Everything we sell is a digital QR code — there are no physical products. Sold by RNR Associates on buyqrcode.com.

Digital QR codes

A QR code is a digital product we deliver to you instantly. Once a code has been generated or activated, it is non-refundable, because you already have the working files and, for dynamic and Pro codes, a live link.

You can cancel an order before the code is generated. If you have paid but not yet created the code in your dashboard, email us and we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

Plans with a one-year term

Pro Single QR and 10-pack Pro run for a year from the day you pay. Every other plan is a one-time price and never renews.

We do not charge a renewal. There is no auto-renewal and we keep no card on file, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge to refund. When the year ends, a scan shows a branded "expired" page instead of your destination.

Renewal is not open yet. Email us before your year ends and we will sort it out.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same order, or money left your account but the order did not complete, email us with the details. We will check and refund any extra charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
