Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order and when we can refund it. Everything we sell is a digital QR code — there are no physical products. Sold by RNR Associates on buyqrcode.com.

Digital QR codes

A QR code is a digital product we deliver to you instantly. Once a code has been generated or activated, it is non-refundable, because you already have the working files and, for dynamic and Pro codes, a live link.

You can cancel an order before the code is generated. If you have paid but not yet created the code in your dashboard, email us and we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

Plans that renew

Pro Single QR and 10-pack Pro renew each year. Every other plan is a one-time price and never renews. You can choose not to renew at any time, and the code stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. A renewal that has already been charged is not refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want it.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same order, or money left your account but the order did not complete, email us with the details. We will check and refund any extra charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
