Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use buyqrcode.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. buyqrcode.com is run by RNR Associates, Delhi, India. If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@buyqrcode.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, so we can create your account and reach you about your order.
• Billing details, so we can take payment and raise your GST invoice.
• Your order history and the QR codes you make, so your dashboard works and we can support you.
• The destination or content you set for a code. Masked gift content is encrypted and locked behind your PIN, and cannot be opened from what we store without that PIN.
• Basic scan data for dynamic and Pro codes, such as a scan count and time. We do not build a profile of the people who scan, and IP addresses are hashed, never stored in the raw.
• Standard technical information your browser sends, such as your device type, to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

We use your information to take your order, deliver your QR codes, raise a GST invoice, run your account, answer your questions, and keep the service safe. We keep records where the law requires it, such as tax and accounting records. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. Your card, UPI and bank details go straight to them over a secure connection. We never see or store your full payment details. Razorpay handles that data under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work, for example to keep you signed in and to hold your cart through checkout. These are essential cookies. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to run the service: our payment gateway to take payment, and our email provider to send your codes and one-time login codes. We may also share information if the law requires it. Each of these partners only gets what they need to do their part.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting law needs us to. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Keeping it safe

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashing for sensitive fields, and access limits inside our team. No system is perfect, but we take security seriously and fix problems quickly when we find them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on your request within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, email contact@buyqrcode.com.
